A new addition to the Ottawa Senators roster this year is Guillaume Latendresse. At 6’2″, the strong left winger should fit in well with the Senators.

Originally drafted by Montreal 45th overall in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft, Latendresse has played for both the Montreal Canadians and more recently the Minnesota Wild before signing with the Ottawa Senators as an unrestricted free agent on July 1, 2012.

Guillaume has shown solid hitting ability as well as the ability to set up teammates.

During the 2012 NHL lockout, Latendresse joined some of his new teammates on the Northern Lights Dream Tour, which  included three exhibition games in Yellowknife, Inuvik, and Whitehorse (Yukon).
