The Devils are hot as hell right now, with an unlikely winning streak that has them dreaming of a playoff berth. While the Senators have been competitive of late, they probably still aren’t going to win many games down the stretch. I’ll give the nod to Jersey here.

Hard not to go with the red-hot Devils, here. They keep finding ways. But wouldn’t that be a son-of-a-gun if the Sens spoiled their run.

There’s hot. There’s white-hot. There’s stupid-hot. And then there’s Devils-hot. New Jersey is on such a ridiculous streak that they have legitimately got themselves back into the playoff conversation.
Record: 33-32
Exact scores predicted: 2

When Anisimov scored the third goal for the New York Rangers last Friday, it represented the first time that the team had folded playing in front of Craig Anderson. Is the honeymoon over? Maybe not, but with such a fine margin for error, I’ll pick the NJuggernaut.

You could look at the fact that the Sens have pretty much gone win-loss-win-loss since Andy took to the nets so they would be due to win now, right? You could, but not with the way the Devils are playing. Were they really waaaaay down below us just a couple of months back?

I cannot believe how well the Devils are playing. It’s unreal. And I don’t think the Senators are the team to halt their incredible streak.

Exact scores predicted: 3

If the Devils have a chance at completing the miracle comeback, they have to win these games. They’ll get it done. The goal for the Senators is not to get mugged on the way to the rink.
Record: 39-24
Exact scores predicted: 3
