Detroit Red Wings (27-20-12) at Ottawa Senators (26-22-11)

James Gordon (@SensReporter), Citizen Sports Editor

Senators 3, Wings 2
No understating the importance of this game. At home with an opponent closing a B2B, Senators absolutely have to have it.
Record: 35-24
Exact scores predicted: 6

The schedule gives the home team a bit of an edge here.
Record: 33-26
Exact scores predicted: 1

Ian Mendes (@ian_mendes), TSN 1200 The Drive host

Senators 4, Red Wings 1
I haven’t made a wrong prediction in almost three weeks.
Record: 39-20
Exact scores predicted: 2

Coming out of the Olympic break, I’ll take the rested Senators over a Detroit team that played the night before in Montreal.
Record: 32-27
Exact scores predicted: 2

Senators 5, Wings 1
The healthy Sens jump on a banged up Red Wings team that played last night in Montreal.
Record: 33-26
Exact scores predicted: 1

Senators 4, Wings 1
My heroic comeback begins today when Robin Lehner and Erik Karlsson are awesome while Detroit’s plummet continues.
Record: 25-34
Exact scores predicted: 0

Jeremy Milks (@BlackAcesOtt), writer/editor, Black Aces blog

Senators 4, Wings 3
Playoff hockey in February. The banged up Wings might be walking into an ambush here, with all but two Senators players having been ready to get at them for a week. There’s usually a lot of goals when these two teams meet.
Record: 34-25
Exact scores predicted: 2

Most of the Red Wings lineup is either injured or returning from the Olympics. Add in back-to-back games on the road for the Wings and you’ve got all the makings of a massacre, which is why my prediction is likely horribly wrong. I’d also like to use this space to say I missed all of you guys, except Mendes.
Record: 32-27
Exact scores predicted: 3
