Ottawa Senators (27-16-6) at Anaheim Ducks (16-22-7)

James Gordon, SenatorsExtra.com editor/Citizen hockey writer

Senators 2, Ducks 3
Chalk up another win for the Senators. I’m taking the suddenly surging Ducks.
Record: 26-23
Exact scored predicted: 1

Wayne Scanlan, Citizen columnist

Senators 4, Ducks 2
Can’t pick against the world’s greatest hockey team, but the Ducks have been better lately and could surprise here.
Record: 31-18
Exact scores predicted: 2

Ian Mendes, Sportnet.ca Senators reporter and blogger

Senators 2, Ducks 3
Someone has to be the loner who picks against the Sens, right?
Record: 28-21
Exact scores predicted: 1

Graeme Nichols, writer/editor, The Sixth Sens blog and podcast

Senators 3, Ducks 1
Since they practiced this afternoon, I’ll just have to assume that Zack Smith and Kaspars Daugavins are good to go. During these past five games, I’ve learned a valuable lesson, don’t bet against Craig Anderson when he’s on a roll.
Record: 31-17
Exact scores predicted: 2

Steve Lloyd, host, Healthy Scratches on Team 1200

Senators 2, Ducks 3
Everything is falling the Sens way. They’re due for it to go the other way a little.
Record: 29-20
Exact scores predicted: 1

Peter Raaymakers, writer/editor, Silver Seven Sens blog

Senators 4, Ducks 2
Instead of predicting when the bottom will fall out, I’m going to continue predicting Sens wins until the bottom actually does fall out. If it ever does, which is looking less likely as the season goes on and the Sens keep winning games they have no business winning.
Record: 32-17
Exact scores predicted: 3

Russell, host, SensUnderground podcast

Senators 1, Ducks 3
For no real reason, and against any logic, I’m going to go with a gut feeling and predict an upset here. The Ducks are playing better of late and although few teams are hotter than the Sens, I dunno…I just have a feeling.
Record: 33-16
Exact scores predicted: 2

Jeremy Milks, writer/editor, Black Aces blog

Senators 4, Ducks 1
I’m just imitating Steve Lloyd’s Messier-esque called shot against San Jose, probably with diminishing returns.
Record: 28-20
