The Ducks are a playoff team in the Western Conference, where the competition is incredibly tough. The Senators aren’t even close to a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, where points should be much easier to come by. I’ve picked a close score, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this one got ugly.

Ottawa is 1-5-1 so far this year. Anaheim is 5-2. You wouldn’t be wrong to call me crazy, but it’s just a hunch I have: Sens win. It will probably be their last win of the month, maybe last for a while.

The Ducks in town are a painful reminder of the one that got away. But if it’s any consolation, Ottawa still has nicer uniforms. I’m guessing that’s no consolation at all.

Well, the question in my mind is whether the Sens are shutout or not, as sad as it is to say that. I think they score one, hopefully it’s Nick Foligno scoring for his family in the luxury box. My prediction is Sens 2, Ducks 5 but again, I hope I am proven wrong!!

I’m sure that my fellow Sens’ fans will agree with me that our home team has been cursed. Even though the playoffs are not in sight, I still believe that our boys can pull off some wins, including tonight against the Ducks. With Faith, curses can be lifted.
