Ottawa Senators (19-13-6) at Tampa Bay Lightning (16-20-2)

Senators 1, Lightning 2
Things are about to get really interesting in the standings, methinks. Would be fun to see two of the best shootout goalies in the league face off for a 15-rounder.
Record: 22-16
Exact scored predicted: 3

Senators 3, Lightning 2
Ben Bishop is the sexy pick here, maybe even the logical pick, but the Sens need this one worse than he does.
Record: 25-13
Exact scores predicted: 1

Ian Mendes (@ian_mendes), Sportnet.ca Senators reporter and blogger and defending prediction panel champion

Senators 1, Lightning 3
The Lightning are sitting in 14th-place and have lost two in a row. So if recent history holds true (and by recent history I mean the past five days), look for Tampa to win this game.
Record: 18-20
Exact scores predicted: 3

Senators 4, Lightning 1
So the Senators have lost 4 in a….oh, look, there’s Rihanna in a Sens jersey!
Record: 23-13
Exact scores predicted: 2

Sens use a little course knowledge (Bishop) to their advantage. This is also a spite/Mendes pick. I’m bitter about being wrong lately.
Record: 21-17
Exact scores predicted: 1

Peter Raaymakers (@silversevensens), writer/editor, Silver Seven Sens blog

Senators 3, Lightning 2
I haven’t checked the standings in a little while. I’m nervous to do so.
Record: 24-14
Exact scores predicted: 4

Jeremy Milks (@BlackAcesOttawa), writer/editor, Black Aces blog

Senators 1, Lightning 2
I didn’t think the Sens could lose 4 in a row but now I’m betting on a fiver. They just don’t have a centre who can provide scoring and it’s killing them right now. Goalie duel should be interesting.
Record: 24-14
Exact scores predicted: 3
