New Jersey Devils (15-11-6) at Ottawa Senators (17-9-6)

Senators 2, Devils 3
It’s been four straight games without an overtime period for the Senators — i.e. they are WAY overdue. They’ll get at least a point here, but I’m thinking the Devils steal the extra one.
Record: 20-12
Exact scored predicted: 3

Winners of five of 15 road games, the Devils arrive in Ottawa without Ilya Kovalchuk.
Record: 22-10
Exact scores predicted: 1

Senators 3, Devils 2
I wanted to take the Devils in this game, but have moved towards the George Costanza philosophy of doing the opposite of my what my instincts are telling me.
Record: 15-17
Exact scores predicted: 2

Graeme Nichols (@6thSens), writer/editor, The Sixth Sens blog and podcast

Senators 4, Devils 2
The Senators haven’t beaten the Devils in regulation since March 17th, 2011. Add an injured Ilya Kovalchuk to the equation and I believe the Senators are due.
Record: 19-11
Exact scores predicted: 2

I was all set to take Jersey here but Kovalchuk’s injury has swayed me. That, and it’s never a bad play to take the Sens at home. They’ve lost their only 2 regulation games at SBP by a collective 2 goals.
Record: 20-12
Exact scores predicted: 1

No Ilya Kovalchuk? It’s going to be a tough month for the New Jersey Devils, and even though they’ve got a four-point cushion on a playoff spot, this might end up killing their season.
Record: 21-11
Exact scores predicted: 4

Jeremy Milks (@BlackAcesOttawa), writer/editor, Black Aces blog

Senators 3, Devils 2
I like the Devils this year, but Ottawa never seems intimidated by Martin Brodeur. All these games at home will allow the Sens to get into a groove and bank a lot of points.
Record: 22-10
Exact scores predicted: 2
