Ottawa Senators (7-6-2) at New Jersey Devils (9-3-3)

James Gordon (@SensReporter), Citizen Sports Editor

Senators 1, Devils 4
The tailspin continues. Given how well New Jersey is playing and how much the Senators are struggling to score, I just don’t see a surprise road win here.
Record: 10-5
Exact scored predicted: 1

Senators 1, Devils 3
Third game in less than 4 days but they should have enough here.
Record: 9-6
Exact scores predicted: 1

Senators 3, Devils 2
For some strange reason, I like the Sens in weekday afternoon games on the road in the United States. Just don’t ask me why.
Record: 6-9
Exact scores predicted: 0

Graeme Nichols (@6thSens), writer/editor, The Sixth Sens blog and podcast

Senators 2, Devils 3
After Saturday’s game demonstrated how difficult it is for this  version of Ottawa’s roster to score goals,  I can’t pick them to win against a rolling Devils squad.
Record: 9-6
Exact scores predicted: 0

Steve Lloyd (@Steve_Lloyd), host, In the Box on Team 1200

Senators 0, Devils 2
I’m reminded of Reg Dunlop asking the room: “Dave’s out, so who’s gonna’s take his place?” Ned Braden responds: “Is the answer Jesus?” Until proven otherwise, that’s how I feel about the Sens offense right now.
Record: 8-7
Exact scores predicted: 0

Peter Raaymakers (@silversevensens), writer/editor, Silver Seven Sens blog

Senators 1, Devils 6
No one is more surprised than I am about New Jersey’s play this season, and the Sens can’t score right now. There’s just no reason to suspect that Ottawa should win this.
Record: 10-5
Exact scores predicted: 3

Jeremy Milks (@BlackAcesOttawa), writer/editor, Black Aces blog

Senators 1, Devils 3
Getting at least one goal is now the aim because winning seems suddenly out of reach for Ottawa. As it stands, they can only compete with Lou’s Crew in the crease. They don’t even seem willing to play physical which would at least give them some emotion to use.
Record: 10-5
Exact scores predicted: 1
