Rundblad: Good hit, No field

With defenceman Jared Cowen just about clinching a spot on the team, the next task is to decide what to do with David Rundblad.
He has the option to return to Sweden if he doesn’t make the NHL, but hasn’t made an entirely compelling case for staying.
MacLean said there’s some thinking to be done.
“With the puck, we really like how he’s played,” he said
“We know and he knows that he needs to work without the puck and defend in his own end, and that’s still a process that he’s going through.
“But the way that he moves the puck and exits our zone and makes plays that get us out of our zone, that’s something that’s still very attractive to us.
“We’re going to give him (the game in Boston) and we’re going to continue to evaluate him and see where he ends up.”
