Honestly…it’s impossible to know for now. Hopefully both will live up to their Potential. Turris may flourish in an offensive environment. And Rundblad could get better under tippett.
Murray traded away an asset the teams doesn’t need for one they do need,. They received a talented positional player that can make a positive contribution now and has potential for considerable up-side. At this point they don’t need Runblad. He’s a player that has shown some potential as an offensive player, but so far has little value as a defencemen. Some say he is still years away from being an effective NHL D-man. With Rundblad gone Ottawa’s other D-prospects will get the opportunities they need to develop on the big club. On paper a very good trade. Only time will tell if this one comes back to bite Murray in the rear end.
Let’s be honest.. this looks bad. I think Turris has potential (but not as much as he thinks he does), but a guy most people don’t even know and demands a trade… hey have we not been there before, except with a star player… another of Murray’s bad deals… very likely. Hope I am wrong, but so far 100% right…. Kovalev, Anderson, Gonchar, Leclair, wait a minute can anyone name a good trade he has made? Why/How does he keep his job???
Looks to me like he might have a cut on the back of his head but if he has a broken nose he didn’t bleed. I’ve had mine broken several time and it never didn’t bleed.

Let’s be honest, I think Marc has the potential to say something smart about hockey (but not as much as he thinks he can).
