NEW YORK — Craig Anderson will be in net and Erik Karlsson will make his return as the Ottawa Senators play the New York Rangers tonight.

Karlsson missed Tuesday’s game against the Pittsburgh Penguins with an upper-body injury.

His return means that Matt Carkner will be a healthy scratch on defence.

The Rangers come into the game on a five-game winning streak while the Senators have won six of their last seven games.

The Rangers have played well at Madison Square Garden, going 13-3-2.

The Senators are 9-7-5 on the road. They’re 7-1-2 in their last 10.

The Senators complete this road trip with a game on Saturday against the Montreal Canadiens.
