Mike Fisher’s not sweating that he’s effectively lost the full no-movement clause in his contract because he didn’t submit to the Senators a list of the 10 teams he didn’t want to be traded to in time.

“It was only a “soft” no-movement clause and it didn’t offer much protection, anyway, he said.

“It’s not like I had much say, anyway,” he said on Saturday.

“There were 20 teams that they could trade me to. Now there are 30.”

There was another reason, said half seriously, that he wasn’t worried.

“It’s OK, because the teams I don’t want to go don’t want me,” he joked.
