Early wakeup calls for Senators this weekend

This weekend’s back-to-back afternoon games is an oddity and for some they pose a difficult adjustment, after a diet of mostly evening games.
Not for Daniel Alfredsson. He’s a fan of them.
“I just know that I like them, I always have,” he said.
“I don’t know what our record is this year (4-1-2 in games that have started between 1-5 p.m.), but it’s fun to play afternoon games, because you feel like you have part of the day after the game. You can have a nice dinner and not be dead tired right away.
“I look forward to it, Saturday and Sunday, and then come home and catch some of the Junos.”
