The Binghamton Senators won their fourth straight game and first of Round 2 Wednesday night, knocking off the Portland Pirates by a score of 3-2.

While the B-Sens got used to living on the edge in their first round series against the Manchester Monarchs (all four of their wins came in overtime), this one wrapped up in regulation thanks to two points from playoff-leading scorer Ryan Potulny and a 33-save effort from Ottawa’s ‘goalie of the future,’ Robin Lehner.

Joy Lindsay of the Binghamton Press & Sun-Bulletin has the full game account here.
