Auld injured, Lehner recalled from Binghamton

The Ottawa Senators on Saturday recalled goaltender Robin Lehner from the club’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators, on an emergency basis.

He was recalled to replace an injured Alex Auld.
The nature of Auld’s injury is not immediately clear.
Lehner, 20, has a record of 4-2-0 through games with Binghamton this season.
Last season, Lehner earned 14 of Binghamton’s 16 post-season wins in goal and was awarded the American Hockey League’s Jack Butterfield Trophy as playoff MVP after helping Senators capture their first Calder Cup.
The Senators play the Rangers at Madison Square Garden at 3 p.m. on Saturday.
