Craig Anderson will be in net as the Ottawa Senators host the Pittsburgh Penguins in their final game before a three-day Christmas break.
The two teams are headed in the opposite direction. The Penguins have won seven in a row, while the Senators have lost three in a row.
On defence, Ottawa will scratch Joe Corvo and Patrick Wiercioch, while Matt Kassian will sit as the extra forward. Mika Zibanejad will be back in the lineup after missing one game with an upper-body injury.
Ottawa will come back from the Christmas break on Friday for a home-and-home, back-to-back set against the Bruins, starting in Boston.
