.500 road trip still within reach for Sens

Glendale, Arizona — A .500 road trip is still within reach for the Ottawa Senators.

With a victory over the Phoenix Coyotes here Tuesday, the Senators would complete their season opening trip with a 2-2-2 record.

That is serving as motivation for a team trying to put their dismal three game tour of California behind them.

Craig Anderson will start in goal. Matt Kassian will replace Stephane Da Costa up front and Eric Gryba will go in for Joe Corvo on defence.

The Senators spent Monday going through an off ice workout and video session, where coach Paul MacLean went through the many lowlights of Sunday’s 4-1 loss to Anaheim.
